We had our front door/porch area and rear doors replaced and we are over the moon! I cannot fault the service and communication provided by John. The work was completed on schedule. I would definitely recommend Uniglaze and I will use them again in the future.

Having previously used Uniglaze when we needed our French doors replaced, and having been impressed with the whole process, we were very happy in choosing Uniglaze for our replacement doors and windows. From the initial quote, right through to the final installation, we were dealt with courteously and helpfully at every stage. Our quote compared favourably (with no pushy salesmen pestering) and we also knew that there would be a great installation team to fit the windows and doors. The installation went ahead very easily - they arrived promptly, and worked quite quietly and efficiently, with no mess left. I would have no hesitation in recommending Uniglaze to anyone who wants a reliable product and service. I am also very happy to support local businesses for Ilkeston and the area.

We had Uniglaze to replace 3 very old back windows. From start to finish the process and service was exceptional with John coming out to measure up and provide a quote. Tom & Zak fitted our windows and worked none stop from start to finish - we are so pleased with the quality and finish of them and couldn't recommend Uniglaze more highly. They even fully cleaned up after themselves - a dream process, thank you so much!

Uniglaze had previously fitted a composite front door for us and we were extremely happy to have them back to replace and upgrade all the windows in our home. Very reasonable quote and high quality work from the fitters. Very clean and tidy and cleared up after each days work. No complicated sales jargon, no pressure sales, no silly sales or offers. Just good, personal and quality service from a long standing and respected family business.

We have had 8 windows and 1 composite door fitted over the last few days. We had a quote in November which was very competitive and we straight away took up the quotation. We had also had a recommendation from a neighbour. The fitters arrived on time, covered floors and stairs with cloths and made an excellent job of fitting our windows and door. They cleaned and vacuumed after each day. They were friendly and polite and professional in what they do. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company

We initially asked Uniglaze for a quote for replacement windows and a Composite front door on personal recommendation by a close friend. We were not disappointed in any way; from beginning to end a seamless competent service. John listened to what we wanted from our windows, offering simple solutions, for example to access for cleaning. There was a huge range of composite doors available to choose from too. The fitters arrived spot on time on the two days taken to complete the job, everything is perfect, we’re delighted with the work, and they cleared up everything and took away the old door and windows, we have nothing to do except enjoy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Uniglaze. John, the owner of the company in all my communications with him was courteous, knowledgeable and none pushy. I had obtained other quotes within the locality and this one was very competitive. All queries were answered promptly and the work carried out when agreed. Similarly, the two fitters were polite and carried out the installation with the minimum of fuss and mess. I am absolutely delighted with both the windows and doors. There was no need for any decoration afterwards. Just to mention that there is a 10 year guarantee.

On deciding to have Uniglaze to replace all our windows & a back door; in relation to the Excellent Quote, it was the best ever decision we made. From the start, the two guy's who did the work arrived on time on both days and were so professional; very polite, so helpful to our needs, always cleaning up as they went along. The workmanship was excellent in installing all the windows & door; it went so smoothly and we felt so comfortable while they were here. I can totally understand how this very good company has been trading since 1986 I would have no hesitation in using Uniglaze again for anything. We have had complete honesty from John as to what he could do for us to get what we actually wanted and the timescale to be taken. We decided to go with the company and we were given a price that we considered very reasonable. We had a little wait but we were prepared for that. On the day of the fitting the guys arrived and got to work immediately. They were friendly but also very professional. The job was completed to our satisfaction and they cleaned up after themselves and left the premises very clean and tidy. We were really pleased with the outcome and would have hesitation in using this company again or recommending them to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Uniglaze in replacement of all doors & windows to our bungalow. The French Doors and our main door were fitted as phase one in February, and the remaining windows were fitted and completed today. In both cases the price and quality have been extremely competitive, communication has been first class and fitting carried out on time to a very high standard. The 2 x fitters are very experienced, thorough in every detail, and such helpful & cooperative guys - a pleasure to have in our home -what a great team!! This is the first time I have used Uniglaze and I would definitely use them again. John, who came to measure up was so helpful but didn't push like a lot of salesmen. Whenever he said he would phone or visit he did and was always reliable and on time. The two workmen who did the installation were really good and friendly. They have made a lovely job of it and were clean and tidy. Everyone, including us, love the door and window.

Responded very quickly to initial enquiry, absolutely no hard selling. Very courteous fitters, left the area spotless. The door appears to be perfect, but nice to know they have a shop in town as an extra option if any problems do occur.

Fitting new porch and replacing existing windows. John, thank you to yourself and your team for a job well done. Had 2 doors and 10 windows and 6 replacement units all fitted to the highest standard. Competitive price and excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, even put a blind back up for us.
